The syandana, statue, and +% sigils are the only things that you cannot trade. I seriously doubt many people would even consider the sigils an item on the same level as a syandana. That means there are 2 items that remain unique to people who rank up particular syndicates. The fact that you can't just trade it from someone makes the syandana special.
